Girl Scout Patches

Learn about Girl Scout patches and other insignia.  Girl Scout patches are broken down into four categories:

Emblems This category of Girl Scout patches includes membership pins, the council identification strip, and troop numerals.

Earned Level Awards Girl Scout patches in this category are earned by completing requirements for a certain concept or task and allow the Scout to move from Daisy up to Ambassador level.

Additional Awards These Girl Scout patches are elective and are earned by demonstrating understanding of a concept or completing a task.

Participation Patches and Pins These Girl Scout patches are earned by participating in an event or celebration.
