Girl Scout Council

A Girl Scout Council is simply a local Girl Scouts office.  Girls Scouts of the USA has more than 100 Girl Scout councils across the country and in Puerto Rico.

You would need to visit your local Girl Scout Council to get involved with the Girl Scouts of the USA program.  If you want to enroll your daughter, or become a volunteer or troop leader with the Girl Scouts, your local Girl Scout Council is the place to start.

Girl Scout Councils also make decisions for troops in their region, such as how to price a box of Girl Scout cookies.
